As I always said that when female are overweight you are not confident enough. You’ll constantly feel that others will judge you or make fun of you because of your weight. You yourself have to realize that whether you have to make a change in yourself or not. As I had told you many times, find motivation for yourself like read motivational stories of people on social media, fitting in dresses of your choice etc. Today you’ll hear about Bharti who has lost 7-8 kgs in just a month. Bharti is a school Principal & due to this her schedule is very hectic & because of that she was having headache & back pain. She has lost her sister-in-law due to a headache & from that day she is very scared. Then her friend told her about Meenakshi Fitness Club & then they joined. Bharti also feels that doing exercise is a stress reliever for her. By doing exercise or working out you are building your confidence, your personality. It will also help you in building your self confidence. The biggest motivation for yourself is you, you have to convince yourself to keep going.
